RALEIGH — A Wake County judge says a neighborhood pub needs to keep down the noise and crowds.

Five Points Pub, located on Glenwood Avenue, must stop featuring live entertainment, limit visitors to 137, and fix parking problems all by next month.

The judge did give the pub owners a break, reducing a $300,000 jury verdict to less than $100,000.

The legal battle between Five Points Pub and its neighbors has been going on for more than three years.
