CLINTON — It is not the $10 million grand prize, but a Sampson County man will take his prize anyway.
ThePublishers Clearing HousePrize Patrol visited Clinton on Tuesday. Keith Underwood, an employee of the town's wastewater treatment plant, is one of 103 $10,000 prize winners around the country.
Underwood joked with his wife that he would be among the lucky ones.
"If anyone deserves it, he does. He really does," says Underwood's wife, Marlene.
The sweepstakes hits the big bucks when a $10 million grand prize winner will be announced during the Super Bowl in January.
