FAYETTEVILLE — Fayetteville police are trying to track down a man who wasshot on top of someone else's roof.
Homeowner Sidney Devane shot Craig McKeithan on September 11 on the roof of his home. Devane told police he thought McKeithan was a burglar.
McKeithan will be charged with attempted first degree burglary. The homeowner will not be charged.
