More than 45 firefighters fought a two-alarm blaze in West Raleigh early Friday evening.

Officials said the fire started at a home in the

3000 block of Clark Avenue

around 6:40 p.m. Investigators believe the blaze started in an unoccupied front upstairs bedroom.

Officials said that four people lived in the house. One person was wheelchair-bound and was wheeled out of her house by a caregiver. There were no reported injuries.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
