CARRBORO, N.C. — Carrboro Fire Chief Rodney Murray is out of the Durham County Jail.
Murray served a 30-day sentence for violating a domestic protective order filed by his ex-girlfriend, Gina Ambrosecchia.
A doctor told the judge in the case that Murray is addicted to his former girlfriend.
On Monday, he will head to a rehab center in the Triad for treatment. He still faces other charges, including DWI.
