RALEIGH, N.C. — The North Carolina Education Lottery may not begin until next month, but contractors are working on installing ticket terminals.
State Lottery officials have already given preliminary approval to allow the Han-Dee Hugo's, located on 2201 W. Millbrook Road, in Raleigh to sell tickets.
Thursday afternoon, lottery vendor GTECH Corp. will install the terminal, which will not be activated for instant ticket sales until March 30.
