A car slammed into a house at Longbranch and Foxfire in Fayetteville around 2:30 Sunday morning.

Police say one car ran a stop sign, slammed into another car and sent it into the house.

Three people in the car that was hit were taken to Cape Fear Valley Hospital, as was the driver of the other car.

They were all treated and released.

Police have charged 17-year-old Justin Betts with failure to stop at a stop sign.
