Two Rob Cary Bank

CARY — Cary police are looking for two suspects involved in an armed robbery of a bank in south Cary.
At approximately 3:15 PM, Cary police received an armed robbery call from the Wachovia Bank at 101 Edinburgh South in MacGregor Village Shopping Center.
Two black males wearing masks and wielding handguns robbed the bank of an undisclosed amount of money. No injuries were reported and no shots were fired.
One armed suspect was wearing a small white cloth around his face with white gloves and white pants, and was carrying a shoulder bag.
The second suspect wore a black face mask, dark running jacket, sweatpants with a stripe down the leg, and also wielding a semi-automatic handgun.
They arrived in a new model bronze-colored Buick LeSabre Custom. The vehicle was reported stolen in Raleigh and was left parked in an adjacent parking lot. It is believed that the suspects either used a second vehicle or left on foot to get away.
Triangle Crimestoppers will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the identification and apprehension of the men responsible for this crime.
