RALEIGH — The Triangle's low unemployment rate is proof to many that it is a great place to earn money. A national financial group says the Triangle is also a great place for anyone trying to save money.
ReliaStarranks the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area as the 14th best place to save and earn. The Triangle has moved up eight spots from last year.
The improvements were in job creation, job quality and higher overall wealth.
Housing costs hurt the Triangle, which ranked 99th highest out of 125 metropolitan areas.
