DURHAM — Durham police say speeding played a role in a fatal crash early Saturday morning.
Officers say Carl Thomas Anthony of Roxboro was driving too fast along Latta Road.
His car flew off the road and slammed into a stone subdivision marker on Lockhaven Drive.
Anthony's death comes just three days before his 44th birthday. -->
