RALEIGH — A Raleigh man is behind bars after police say he sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl.
Bailey Mills, 19, is in the Wake County jail. He is charged with taking indecent liberties with a child.
Detectives say Mills was working at a flea market on Capital Boulevard Saturday when he approached the child.
"The victim ended up in his booth, and there was an inappropriate touching which the daughter reported to her mother," says Lt. Dennis Lane of the Raleigh Police Department.
Mills is a registered sex offender. He was convicted of taking indecent liberties with a minor in Wake County in 1997.
