DURHAM — Duke nurses will have to wait to vote on unionization.
Federal labor officials are looking into allegations that the university took illegal actions to persuade the nurses atDuke Medical Centerto vote against the union.
The National Labor Relations Board decided there was sufficient evidence to postpone the vote scheduled for next week.
Duke officials say the union charges are false, and the hospital wanted to see the vote held as planned. -->
