A fight over a proposed wastewater treatment plant is heading to court.

A community group has filed a lawsuit against the towns of Cary, Apex, Morrisville and Holly Springs. For months, New Hill residents have said they do not want the sewage plant in their town.

The lawsuit claims the site selection was flawed and that the towns did not follow their ordinances.

The case will be heard in a Wake County courtroom Monday.
