Charges keep mounting against a suspect in a string of "smash-and-grab" burglaries throughout central North Carolina.

A Wake County grand jury indicted 31-year-old David Armitage, who already faces more than 100 charges for burglaries in 10 North Carolina cities, including Raleigh, Cary and Apex, was indicted on two more charges this week.

Authorities say Armitage was involved in a series of more than 25 break-ins since October 2005 where someone smashed a plate glass window or a glass door to enter a business.

Armitage, who records show has a lengthy criminal history dating back to 1994, is also wanted on 17 warrants in Tennessee.
