RALEIGH, N.C. — A court hearing for a teenager accused of murder has been postponed.
The 15-year-old boy is charged with second degree murder after officials say he gave another teenager a lethal combination of drugs.
Erica Hicks, 16, of Cary died in October.
The prosecutor says this is the first time in recent memory someone in Wake County is charged with murder for providing drugs.
