A Chapel Hill student newspaper is remembering one of the victims of last month's fraternity house fire with a scholarship fund.
Joanna Howell of Cary was one of five people who died in the blaze. She worked at theDaily Tar Heelas a student reporter.
Now the paper has set up a journalism award in her name.
