Fraternity Starts Scholarship in Memory of Fire Victims

A scholarship fund has been set up in memory of the five students who were killed during a fraternity house fire in Chapel Hill on Mother's Day and graduation day.

The fire that swept through the Phi Gamma Delta house also injured three people.

The fraternity's international chapter is setting up one fund for students, and another fund to help rebuild the house.
