Wilson police have made a second arrest in connection with the Sunday night death of a Goldsboro man.
Officers found Jessie Barnes lying in a vacant lot at Mary Ella Trailer Park. He had bee shot several times.
Forty-year-old Ray Anthony Moore of Wilson turned himself in to police Wednesday. He and 34-year-old Marvin Barnes, who was arrested previously, are charged with accessory after-the-fact to murder.
Police say they hope to make more arrests Thursday
