Wednesday was the day the family of 15-year-old Andre' Nelson set aside to bid him farewell. Nelson was gunned down Friday night at the "Snack Shack" in Henderson.
Some people in the community say they're upset that the suspected gunman, 18-year-old Claude Pearce, is out on bond even though he's charged with second-degree murder. Some think the shooting was racially motivated.
The victim's family, however, says that is not the case.They say the shooting apparently resulted from a long-standing disagreement
