A third man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting outside a Raleigh restaurant.
Police charged Son Da Do with accessory to murder in the death of Trieu Do. They are still looking for Phu Nguyen, who is suspected of the actual shooting.
The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Brentwood Square shopping center last month
