CUMBERLAND COUNTY — February 23, 1996 - 6:58 p.m. EST
A third teen now faces charges in connection with the torching of a Cumberland County school bus earlier this month.
Thursday, police arrested 18-year-old Deon Crosby, a Westover High School Student.
The bus was torched at Hefner Elementary School. Buses are no longer kept at Hefner after school hours.
Two suspects arrested earlier in connection with vandalizing the same bus also face charges in several other bus arsons dating back to February of 1995
