HENDERSON — February 15, 1996 - 5:01 p.m. EST
Police have determined the identity of a man who walked into the path of a train in Henderson Wednesday.
Timothy Grant was crossing the tracks when the fatal accident occurred. Investigators say the railroad crossing arms had been lowered and that warning lights were flashing, but Grant kept walking.
People waiting in cars at the crossing say they attempted to get Grant's attention to warn him about the oncoming train, but he apparently didn't hear them
