RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh's new convention center will top $200 million.
On Thursday, city and county leaders will meet to finalize the budget. They'll hear the project will cost an extra 12 percent.
The increase was estimated at $4 million several months ago. Part of the reason is the rising costs of building supplies.
