JOHNSTON COUNTY — Johnston County sheriff's deputies have arrested two men believed to be connected to a breaking-and-entering and are looking for a third suspect.
Tyson Brantley and Marcus Brantley were arrested shortly after noon Wednesday after authorities stopped the car they were traveling in. Initially, all three men fled the vehicle near Interstate 95 and Lowell Mill Road, but authorities captured two of them.
Authorities said they believe the three men were involved in a breaking-and-entering that happened at about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday off of Batten Farm Road near Micro.
Officers searched for the third suspect, whose identity was not known, but called off the active search at about 1:30 p.m.
Deputies are questioning the suspects in custody and hope they will give them the identity of the third suspect.
