RALEIGH — A Wake County jury has found a retired Cary doctor negligent. The jury agreed with claims that the doctor had engaged in sexual misconduct with six patients.

Jurors in the civil trial awarded each of the six women between $150,000 and $300,000.

More than a dozen women claim the doctor improperly touched them and made sexually offensive remarks during examinations.
