Fayetteville Man Charged With Sex Crimes Against a Child

Sheriff's deputies Thursday charged two men with sex crimes against children in unrelated incidents.

Daniel Buczkowski, 51, of 2546 Muriel Drive, Fayetteville, was arrested at his home after concerned citizens alerted authorities about his alleged relationship with his 10-year-old victim, officials said.

Investigators later discovered inappropriate pictures involving children on his home computer and more charges may be forthcoming, according to Cumberland County Sheriff's Office officials.

Deputies arrested Terry Lee Bilodeau, 31, of 2627 Lindsey Drive in Fayetteville, and charged him with kidnapping and raping an 11-year-old girl.

Investigators said they learned about Bilodeau after the victim disclosed information about the assault to her mother.

Buczkowski is charged with first-degree forcible rape, first-degree forcible sexual offense and taking indecent liberties with a minor.

He was held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond and scheduled for a court  appearance in District Courtroom 2-C at 9 a.m. Friday.

Charges lodged against Bilodeau were first-degree statutory rape, first-degree statutory sex offense, first-degree kidnapping, child abuse sexual act, taking indecent liberties with a child and incest.

Bilodeau also was held in the Cumberland County Detention Center under a $150,300 secured bond and scheduled for arraignment in court at the same time as Buczkowski.

Leave all of their kind on a lonely island in the Pacific. Leave them one half the food they will need. Now let the REAL predator games begin!!! Enjoy yourselves guys - literally.

One word: CASTRATION, it would save a lot of money in incarceration and would would work much better than rehab

I have 3 kids 2 girls and one boy and speaking as a parent I can honestly say I do not believe a child molester, rapists, murders whatever have a place to live in the world. To me it takes a real sick (bleep) to touch a child.I don't care if you are a man or a woman! So no I don't belive people can be rehabilitated!! As far as a comment I read up here about no man can determine who lives or dies well maybe you should tell the families of those parents, friends, kids and so on that of ones whom have been murdered for senseless crimes!!

I would like a doctor's perspective on this. On terrorists, rapists, murderers, why can't we perform a lobotomy and put these, then mellow brainless soles into a career of menial jobs for the state or federal government...or have I watched too many old movies?

First of all, Rocknhorse, a prison is supposed to be a place of humane incarceration. The sole purpose of concentration camps was either mass exection or forced labor followed by exection. Lets not disrespect the millions upon millions who lost their lives in the concentration camps by camparing them to prisons.

Secondly, it has never been proven that all perpetrators of sexual assault cannot be rehabilitated. No where will you find any scientific evidence to back up your claim.

Finally, I did not say I wanted these people on the streets, I did not say I wanted them paroled. Life in prison is fine with me. I said I do not believe in adding them to the list offenses for which we pull out the electric chair.
