CARRBORO, N.C. — Family and friends said good-bye to Carrboro resident Harry Alston on Saturday.
The 39-year-old was struck and killed by a Boston College charter bus Tuesday night in Chapel Hill. Alston was riding his bike along Highway 54 at the time.
The investigation into the accident is not yet complete. Last week in Chapel Hill, three people were killed in crashes while walking or riding their bike.
