Third Suspect Surrenders in Durham Bus Shooting

DURHAM — A third suspect is in custody in connection with agang-related shootingin Durham last Wednesday.
Shots were fired at a city bus loaded with passengers last Wednesday night. A bullet grazed a 16 year old girl, but she was not seriously hurt.
Two teenagers were arrested soon after the shooting.
The third suspect, Charles Earl Jones, 20, turned himself in to Durham Police Sunday night.
All face a number of charges including assault with a deadly weapon.
