<b>FAYETTEVILLE</b> — Fayetteville police have tracked down the man they believe murdered a store clerk last week.

Jermaine Brewster is charged with robbery and first-degree murder.  Investigators say he shot andkilled Timothy Pottsduring an attempted robbery at an Amoco service station Tuesday night.

Police also believe Brewster robbed another store just minutes after the shooting.
