JOHNSTON COUNTY — A chain-reaction crash in Johnston County involving six cars and a school bus sent several people to the hospital Friday morning.
The cars were left crumpled and stacked-up behind the bus at the intersection of Highway 210 and Berean Church Road. TheState Highway Patrolsays there were no life-threatening injuries.
One driver had to be cut out of the wreckage. No one on the bus had to be admitted to the hospital.
Troopers say the accident began when the driver of the last car did not stop in time.
