RALEIGH — Former Agriculture Commissioner Jim Graham was in the Legislative Building Wednesday, but not for work.
His daughter, Alice Graham Underhill was sworn in as one of the newest members of the state House. Her father stood beside her as she took the oath.
"It was very nice to have him here and be together and participate in this," she said. "It was very exciting."
Rep. Underhill represents the New Bern area.
