DURHAM — An N.C. Central University student who claimed she was gang raped has decided not to pursue charges.
Twin brothers Nathan and Quincy Rouson, 21, were arrested last week.
The 18-year-old student claimed she was raped by as many as 17 men at the apartment where the Rouson brothers live.
The Durham Police Department says it will continue to investigate the attack until the District Attorney's office decides to drop the charges.
As of Tuesday afternoon, the Rouson brothers remain in custody.
