RALEIGH — A fourth person has been arrested and charged with stealing from the baggage of Midway Airlines passengers.
Darla Balzano, 23, is the latest suspect. Authorities say she is one of four Midway baggage handlers who rifled through unclaimed luggage, looking for things to steal.
Wesley Jorgensen, Barbara Duffy and Michelle Loera were arrested earlier this month and charged with stealing items, including clothing, shoes, jewelry and even a bottle of wine.
