FAYETTEVILLE — A Cumberland County teenager is dead and another teenager is charged with killing him.
David Bain, 17, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Charles Cook, 19, a student at Cape Fear High School.
The Cumberland County Sheriff's Officer says Bain fired shots into a pick-up truck, killing Cook.
A teenage girl was also in the truck, but she was not hurt.
Investigators believe an argument over the girl sparked the shooting.
