Durham police detectives have arrested two men on charges of raping an N.C. Central University student over the weekend.

Detectives charged 21-year-old twin brothers, Nathan Rouson and Quincey Nathaniel Rouson, with second-degree rape and committing a crime against nature. Bond for both men were set at $100,000 each.

The student told Durham and NCCU police officers that an acquaintance called her and then came and picked her up at her dormitory Friday night. She said the men took her to an apartment on South Roxboro Street.

"She had a conversation with one of the brothers earlier in the evening, and I think he had arranged to come by and pick her up," says Cpl. Richard Spivey of the Durham Police Department. "I just don't think she understood or knew where they were going. Certainly, this was something they had set her up for, and she was not aware of."

The student told officers that she was sexually assaulted by as many as 15 men and then taken back to her dormitory room. Police say according to the victim, all of the men took part in the attack. If found, they also face second-degree rape charges.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at919-560-4322.
