FORT BRAGG — A Fort Bragg soldier has been charged with severely beating his 3-month-old daughter.
Private First Class Torland Edwards is facing 11 counts of felony child abuse.
Investigators say Edwards has been beating the girl for the last three months.
The little girl suffered broken legs and ribs and massive head injuries.
Edwards is being held on $110,000 bond. -->
