DURHAM — A change may be encountered by some motorists on Durham's Guess Road today.
Guess Road no longer has access to Forest Road and Hillcrest Drive.
The streets aren't cut off from the outside world, however. They will still be accessible through Broad Street.
The City of Durham approved the move to reduce the amount of traffic cutting through residential neighborhoods.
