ECU Trustees Vote For Tuition Hike

GREENVILLE — Students at East Carolina University might have shell out more money next year.

ECU trustees voted Friday for a $270 increase in tuition and a $56 hike in mandatory fees.

The University of North Carolina Board of Governors still needs to approve the hike.

Supporters say the money is needed for salary increases and building improvements. -->
