RALEIGH, N.C. — The State Fair deal is sealed. A North Carolina-based company signed the paperwork for the midway contract.
Powers Great American Midways
will operate the rides. The vendor ran the Mountain State Fair in Asheville and several other county fairs.
The vendor is based in Pender County.
