CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Chapel Hill police are still investigating a deadly accident involving a charter bus carrying the Boston College men's basketball team.
Harry Alston, 39, of Carrboro was killed when the bus hit him on Highway 54, headed to Chapel Hill. No one on the bus was hurt.
The bus was operated by Southern Coach out of Durham. Police haven't filed any charges. Boston College plays North Carolina Wednesday night at the Dean Smith Center.
