<b>WILSON</b> — Wilson  police have arrested and charged a 19-year-old  with murder after a shooting that occurred outside of Parkwood Mall Saturday.

Investigators say Tony Jamal Rashad Williams of New Bern shot 17-year-old Latoya Studman in the parking lot outside of Belk.

Officers say Studman may have taken out a restraining order on the suspect before the night of the shooting.
