RALEIGH — The Hurricanes have had two disappointments at home, and so have fans trying to get there. As a result, arena managers have made some changes.
Starting with a concert tonight and a wrestling event Saturday, all entrances to the arena will be open to fans. And you'll save a dollar on parking in some lots. The new fee is $6 for all lots.
The person in charge of parking has resigned from his job. Arena managers say it's for personal reasons.
