Truck Driver Faces Charges In Deadly I-95 Wreck

NASH COUNTY — The truck driver involved in adeadly wreck on I-95in Nash County in March will face charges.

Three people, including two children, were killed when a tractor-trailer plowed into their car.

The District Attorney has decided to charge Christopher Vance with three counts of misdemeanor death by vehicle and one count of careless and reckless driving. -->
