RALEIGH — It was a little chilly in the early hours of the Easter Sunday, but that didn't keep people away from sunrise services at the state capitol.
Dozens of folks braved the cold temperatures to attend Easter services on the grounds of the capitol.
They celebrated the holiday with music and prayers.
The inter-faith service is a tradition for many local families.
