PITTSBORO — A Chatham County nursing home is in the clear.
More than a month ago, The Laurels of Chatham in Pittsboro was ordered to correct a number of patient care and security problems.
The nursing home's administrator says The Laurels passed the latest state inspection on Monday and is in compliance with regulations.
The finding means the nursing home will remain eligible for federal funding.
