RALEIGH — Three months after the disappearance of a 9-year-old Wake Forest boy, the man accused of kidnapping him is still not talking.

Tuesday, Derrick Glover officially entered a not guilty plea in the disappearance of C.J. Wilkerson.

Glover showed up for his first court appearance in January, but his lawyer was the only one in court for his arraignment.

Glover, who is C.J.'s stepfather, was last seen with the boy on January 12.

Wake County's District Attorney has hinted he may ask a grand jury to indict Glover on murder charges.
