She has drawers overflowing with bonus prizes, her investment toward the big prize.
USPE courted Cannon with loads of personalized letters, special offers, and hollow dreams of making her their next millionaire.
Attorney General Mike Easley says under a recent settlement, 1,500 sweepstakes victims in North Carolina will get back some of their money.
