RALEIGH — A Wake Forest family is still desperately searching for their missing 9-year-old son. Saturday,C.J. Wilkerson'sfamily joined forces with the Cue Center for Missing Persons of Wilmington.
Free finger printing for children was offered in an effort to raise awareness about C.J.'s disappearance.
"We got a lot of kids photographed and fingerprinted and that was the idea. I think it was a success," says Clarence Wilkerson, CJ's father.
C.J. disappeared in early January. The boy's stepfather has been charged with kidnapping.
The Wake County District Attorney may try to bring murder charges against him as well.
