CLINTON — Residents of Clinton may soon be able to order a mixed drink with their dinner.
Voters approved the sale of mixed drinks in the Sampson County town on Tuesday.
More than 1,000 people voted in favor of liquor by the drink while 939 voted against it. The Board of Elections says the count is still unofficial.
Election officials still have to count 50 provisional ballots before the vote is final. The final count should be announced on Friday. -->
