CARY — Cary police caught up with a real clown on Thursday.
Trevor Swift confessed to using a blowtorch to rob ATMs in Cary. Police say Swift was caught while acting suspicious and wearing a clown costume around a bank parking lot.
Swift's punishment for the crime is probation and $9,000 in restitution. -->
